Our client's brief was to create a new headquarters for Brookfield’s
Asset Management Team as they entered the UK market. The space
needed to accommodate 200 staff and feature an extensive client-facing meeting room suite. The design had to embody the Brookfield
brand and ethos, drawing on recent projects completed in New York
and Toronto, while adapting and evolving for this unique London
location.

Our challenge was to honor the success of previous designs while
advancing the brand’s design language to suit this new environment.
The result is a workspace that reflects the confidence and maturity of
Brookfield, through high-quality, honest materials and thoughtful design
elements.
