A global consultancy firm commissioned Basha-Franklin
to deliver their Benelux HQ in a prestigious location opposite the Royal
Palace of Brussels. The single occupier of a purposely refurbished
office building, our client was able to determine a specific criteria for
their HQ needs.

The project required multiple stakeholder engagement across Belgium,
The Netherlands and the UK to deliver this HQ office. Basha-Franklin
coordinated with the Landlord delivery team and the local fit-out
contractors. We overcame complexities of the Global Pandemic during
the programme to ensure delivery was on time and to the high quality
the project demanded.

The project featured state of the art client spaces, sophisticated AV, It
and security, contemporary agile workspaces, wellness suite, external
roof terraces, and location specific cultural layers that engage with the
local team.
