In today’s post-pandemic era of work, the workplace lobby is vital in attracting life back to our business districts. Our transformative design for The Cabot overhauls the office lobby, interweaving reception, co-working and “hotelisation” for an elevated experience.

Thinking strategically, we made the most of our client’s investment with a light-touch, experience-led approach that complements the building and preserves the spirit of the original design. We took the opportunity to rethink the handsome, double-height ground floor architectural envelope and mezzanine level to realise the potential of the lobby’s proportions and positioning.

Visitors crossing from the outside are welcomed into the open, easy-to-read space that makes an immediate impression, instilling a sense of calm, security, and belonging. By activating the space, fostering community, and offering amenities beyond the office door, our design creates a compelling value-add for today’s discerning occupiers.
